Data Protection Declaration

You have the right to know what data I process and store from you and you may get a copy of that data (Art. 15 GDPR). As operator of the website “www.enzmannfilmfofo.de”, I do not store any personal data. though, my webhosting provider “1&1” may store log files. This data can only be viewed in anonymous form by us. If you wish to receive information about this data, I will assist you as part of my legal, economic, organisational and technical capabilities. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

Access data and log files

My hosting provider may collect and partly pass on to me process meta- and communication data of the users of my online service in order to use it safely and efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR). These data consist of:

• name of the retrieved web page
• date and time of retrieval
• transmitted amount of data
• message about successful retrieval
• browser type and version
• operating system of the user
• referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• IP address
• inquiring provider

This information is stored for security purposes for a maximum of 14 days and will then be deleted except of data relevant for further collaboration, then retention is required for evidential purposes. Data may also be exempted from the cancellation when legal inconsistencies occur, until final clarification. The further processing of this data is based on a so-called “order processing contract” in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

On my online presence on Instagram, which is accessible via hyperlinks from this website, I would like to communicate with partners, colleagues and interested parties. When calling Instagram, the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines of the respective operators apply.

Integration of services and contents of third parties

In order to be able to operate this website sensibly and economically (integration of videos), I may use the content and services of third parties (Art. 6(1) lit. GDPR). Our website itself does not use cookies. However, when you visit our blog page, the embedded videos send requests to the respective platform, whereupon cookies are stored on your computer. For Youtube videos, this happens only when you play the video, but at Vimeo immediately when you visit a blog page that contains a Vimeo link. My appearances on Instagram also uses cookies. How I protect your data

Taking my possibilities into account (costs, state of the art), I make my online services available to my legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR) and the probabilities of rights and freedoms of natural persons to violate or endanger, appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure adequate protection of their data (Art. 32 GDPR).
